The significance of Friday the thirteenth as an unlucky day is largely a superstition and has no scientific basis. While some people may still believe in the superstition, for most people, it is irrelevant today. In modern society, people are more likely to rely on evidence-based reasoning rather than superstitions to guide their beliefs and actions. Therefore, for the majority of people, Friday the thirteenth holds no special significance. **
