The cream on your cake with fresh pineapple may not set because the pineapple contains an enzyme called bromelain, which can prevent the cream from setting properly. Bromelain breaks down proteins, which can interfere with the structure of the cream and prevent it from thickening. To avoid this issue, you can try cooking the pineapple before adding it to the cream, as heat can deactivate the bromelain enzyme. Alternatively, you can use canned pineapple, as the canning process deactivates the enzyme. **

If the cake doesn't set, there are a few things you can try to salvage it. You can try placing it back in the oven for a little longer at a lower temperature to help it cook through without burning the outside. Another option is to refrigerate the cake for a few hours to help it firm up. If all else fails, you can crumble the cake and use it as a base for a trifle or cake pops. **

It seems like there has been a case of theft or misplacement in the house. The sudden disappearance of socks, cake forks, and flat irons suggests that someone may have taken them without permission. It would be a good idea to investigate further and possibly speak to anyone who has been in the house recently to try and locate the missing items. **

It seems like there may have been a theft or someone misplacing items in the house. It is unusual for three different items to go missing at the same time. It would be a good idea to retrace your steps and check with other household members to see if anyone knows what happened to the missing items. If the items cannot be found, it may be necessary to consider the possibility of theft and take appropriate action. **

A pro forma invoice is typically issued for goods or services that have not yet been delivered, and it is used to provide an estimate of the cost to the buyer. In the case of a gift, a pro forma invoice may not be necessary because the recipient is not responsible for payment. However, if the gift is being shipped internationally, a pro forma invoice may be required for customs purposes to declare the value of the gift. Ultimately, whether a pro forma invoice is issued for a gift depends on the specific circumstances and the requirements of the shipping or customs authorities. **

To let the cake set in the oven, you should follow the recipe instructions for baking time and temperature. Once the cake is done baking, turn off the oven but leave the cake inside with the oven door slightly ajar. This allows the cake to continue cooking gently with the residual heat, helping it to set and firm up without overcooking. After about 10-15 minutes, you can remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely before serving. **
