In Livy, exempla refers to the use of historical examples or anecdotes to illustrate moral or political lessons. Livy often includes these exempla in his narrative to emphasize the importance of virtuous behavior and to provide models for his readers to follow. These exempla serve as a means for Livy to convey his moral and political message, and they are an integral part of his historical writing style. **

Livy ab urbe condita means "Livy from the founding of the city" in Latin. It refers to the title of the work "Ab Urbe Condita Libri" (Books from the Foundation of the City) written by the Roman historian Livy. The work covers the history of Rome from its legendary founding in 753 BC to the reign of Augustus in Livy's time. It is a comprehensive account of Rome's early history and the events that shaped the rise of the Roman Republic. **

Livy's stance towards Augustus's politics is not explicitly clear in his writings. While Livy did not openly criticize Augustus, he also did not overtly support him. Some scholars suggest that Livy may have been cautious in expressing his views on Augustus to avoid any potential backlash from the ruling regime. Overall, it is difficult to definitively say whether Livy supported or opposed the politics of Augustus. **

Stopper socks and jump socks are not the same thing. Stopper socks typically have grips on the bottom to prevent slipping, making them ideal for activities like yoga or pilates. Jump socks, on the other hand, are designed specifically for trampoline or jumping activities, and often have additional padding and support in the sole to absorb impact. While both types of socks serve a similar purpose of providing traction and safety during physical activities, they are designed for different types of exercises. **

I'm sorry, but I cannot provide specific exam questions or materials. However, I can help you understand the concept of Nominativus cum Infinitivo in Latin grammar. The Nominativus cum Infinitivo construction is used to express indirect speech in Latin, where the subject of the main clause is in the nominative case and the verb is in the infinitive form. This construction is commonly found in historical and narrative texts, such as Livy's works, to report what someone said or thought. **
